PhD in mechanical Engineering and a master in Business Administration by MIT (Massachusetts Institute of Technology) at STOA’ Business School, the Business School of IRI Group (the Italian State Holding Company that was privatized between the 1995 and the 2005). He worked for Telecom Italia, Finmeccanica (now Leonardo Group), Fincantieri, Finsiel, Autostrade Spa, ENI group by Snamprogetti (actually SAIPEM). He was a management consultant for KPMG Business Advisory Service (the worldwide company in management consultancy) in quality project for Peugeot, Centostazioni and Consip (the Italian Company for subfornitures to the Public Administration). He is a certified auditor for quality system certification and author of some publications in the field of Quality Management. He was also CEO of EDILPOWER, company specialized in Photovoltaic plants, project manager and engineer for the design of new renewable energy plants as BIOMASS and BIOGAS plants.
